Also second this. Breathwork and Yoga activities are not meditation. Would prefer to use a Garmin stock activity as opposed to the Meditate app on the Connect IQ store. Thanks.
The worst is I have to use "Breathwork" and it is limited to 15 minutes! We need a proper meditation activity with stress, body battery, heart rate, and respiration counts all tracked and it go as long…
I second on that
Also surprise to find out my 945 LTE doesn't have this category, you have to buy/subscribe to a new app. like this one for example apps.garmin.com/.../930e552d-dc44-40db-88ec-4e885a4fef76
4 years later and this still hasn't happened. Given the expansive list of activities, including a lot of pretty odd ones, is this really that difficult?
I agree.
I use the Yoga activity on my Vivoactive 4, and don't select any Set/Name/Pose. It gives me better data than the Breathwork activity, which isn't saying much.
I can't understand why Garmin has not added a meditation Set/Name/Pose to the list. What could possibly be that hard to code?
Maybe one of the defined Set/Name/Pose does the job, I don't know and have not taken the time to look into each and every one of them to see what's available.
I just installed the meditate IQ app, which seems to be good. It captures HRV as well. Seems nice.
