NO SUPPORT - Vivoactive, Connect, My Fitness Pal - not syncing, not saving data

My Vivoactive will tally my daily steps, indicate a goal hit, increase my daily goal, etc. The Garmin Connecwon'tp wont save any of my data. I can't see results of previous days. Online says I completed 100% of 0 step goal. I use My Fitness Pal but the data won't sync between MFP and Connect. I tried to get support through email and Chat support. no avail
