Warning on Garmin Connect : "You changed your time zone"

Hi,

I own a vivofit 4, and I get this message on some day on my Garmin Connect activity summary "It seems that you changed your time zone. Your data will be more relevant tomorrow".

The problem is I did not at any moment change the time on my watch or smartphone.

Why does this message appear ? And how does it affect my data ?
