Garmin connect webpage is not working for months....

When I open my page I miss the black side with options on the left side of the screen.
When I open on of the topics : it won't open.
When I open connections it won't work;
When I ....

Nothing works....

I tried everything from reïnstalling Chrome, IE, Firefox etc. Nothing works.
Contacted the helpdesk and the only answer was two times : wait for next update. But after every update my hope fades away....

I'm already waiting 3 months but now I had all fases from nice asking till desperate to almost angry.

Must be something to do with your computer. What computer? How old? What OS? When last updated? Have you tried accessing from another computer?

Must also confess to not being able to take this too seriously either. Really 3 months?

Computer is 2 years old. Last month fully reïnstalled by an IT-pro. Windows 10. Tried it on 2 different computers with the same results. It is really 3 months! Tried Chrome, IE and firefox.... You must see it to believe it.

Sounds like a popup blocker or ad suppressor addon in your browsers.

Go to a public facility or a friend, and use a computer that you have had nothing to do with, not touched, seen, or otherwise interacted with. Then try. I use an enterprise managed Windows machine in my office with Firefox, a MacBook Pro with Safari and an iMac with Safari. No problems.

Tried it on 2 different computers and same result. Tried the solution with chrome and same result. So it must be my account, router or provider...
