Seeking input on 2 Garmin connect issues

I have a Fenix 5 Saphire and lately I have two issues with Garmin Connect and one with Garmin express. Just wondering if anybody else is having similar issues?

Issue 1: With the Web portal. I no longer see the watch in the first pane shown in the window. All I see is loading. See issue-1.jpg

Any idea if this is a bug with the browser of something wrong with the site? However I am leaning towards an issue with the site as I have the same result with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari & IE browsers.

Issue 2: With the mobile based application. I no loner see my live, resting and max HR on the main screen. See issue-2.jpg. My daily activit is configured to to show HR details at the top, just like in the photo, but for the last week or so this no longer shows and I can not see how to get it back. I have even deleted the app from my phone and re installed, which required connecting the watch to the phone again.

I also have an issue with the Garmin Express PC application. If I click on settings under the "Tools & Content" section the web portal page is opened, but no information is displayed. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1359189.jpg ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1359190.jpg
