can not send segments to the device (fenix 5x) with garmin connect

the transfer to my device (fenix 5x) of the segments is not possible with garmin connect. The transfer can only be done with garmin connect mobile (android mobile)

Yes. After sending and opening of garmin express (updated 6.5.1) appears message of file impossible to send to the device. Same problem with wifi synchronization (synchronization failed). The problem is only related to the segments.
