I am using an Edge Explore 820 with a Mac and do not use a smartphone.
Express, after a re-install works fine. It syncs when I plug in.
Connect can see my rides. I can see my data etc
But when I go to send a segment to device (that is shown as green and all sync'd up in Express) Connect tells me it cannot see a device.
I am running MacOS High Sierra. 10.13.4
Any ideas? I've already followed some uninstall/reinstall and file delete instructions from the help desk. It has been 6 days and no one is replying to my emails so thought I'd ask here.
