Download all of data Garmin Connect holds on me pursuant GDPR

Pursuant GDPR, I would like to download all the data Garmin Connect stores on me, in all formats available, i.e. FIX, GPX etc, for each activity separately. How to do it?

Clearly. Didn't know/forgotten that was there...or how to find it.

I didn't know it was there either - but a Google search on "garmin account manager" gave the above URL as the fourth hit.

Yes but this doesn't really help - just lets you see forum history, order history, consents granted etc then gives a link back to connect for your activity data - not only that but the link fails :)
