Today, I was notified earned a new badge called "Personal World Record", yeah!, but why? I can't find the reason. I did a bike ride this morning that I've done many times. Please advise.
I earned the same badge today for my bike ride.There was no detail about why but I did have my fastest average speed of the season today so I figure that must be it.
Did you guys break any personal records with your rides? Because I guess that's what this badge is about. Check your personal records in garmin connect to see if a new PR has been registered. I got the badge after I broke my fastest 1 km run PR.
I got mine for a new personal record for length of ride, so maybe if that's the longest ride you've done & it has been recorded as slightly longer than its previous longest length, then you'll get the badge.
For instance if the ride had previously been recorded at lets say 25.1 miles and this time it had been recorded at 25.16 miles then that would be a new personal record
