Create and Edit Splits for Recorded Workouts

As a user of Garmin Connect, I want to create new splits and edit existing split time periods for previously recorded workouts so that I can tweak time periods or record a new split if I forgot to record splits, the splits I recorded were slightly off, or I want them to be aligned with distance or some other metric. I was able to do this with my old Polar multisport computer and is a capability I miss. Good use case is the other day I went for a run, was feeling great, and decide to make it a CP30 test. I was maybe 20 minutes into the run so a split wouldn’t help to bracket the period and provide the data. Usually if I set out to do a CP30 or certain measurements, I have a preloaded workout to get the split that I need, but even those sometimes need to be extended or shrunk and I can't do that today with Garmin Connect.
