Badges for country or city / for total distance in a period / and for total elevation

My request for new badges :

Could you add a badges for each country where you have an activity with the flag in it ?

Also badges when you run more than 100K, 500K, 1000K a month/year And why not for total positive elevation during an activity and a period +500 ? +1000 ?

I love the country badge idea! We definitely need more badges, especially milestones.

Martin, it seems there is only badges for total elevation during a bike ride and not a run. I would be great to have both ;)
