I had set myfitnespal to zero training and sedentary and my goal was set to 1900 and then it ads the calorie burn from my Garmin fenix 5x watch. But it seems wrong because my BMR is about 1537 and then myfitnespal ads some calories? to 1900 and then Garmin ads the active calorie burn and it seems to be to high. Isnt it more correct to alter the goal in the settings to my BMR 1537 in myfitnespal and then Garmin ads the active calorie burns to get more accurate calorie burned readings. My stats are 49 year, 175cm, 68kg, male
