Sleep - time loads but not data

Clearly my Garmin Vivosport was able to tell when I went to sleep and when I woke up, but not actually give me the data. This has happened a couple times. I was curious if this happened to others. Let me know what other info you need, or if others can share experiences/lessons learned, etc. Thanks.
