Hi,
Since this morning I am no longer able to transfer the data from my Forerunner 910XT to Garmin Connect. The windows app says that "We are trying to connect to our servers. Please try updating your consent preference later".
It worked two days ago, I changed anything.
I was with the version 6.3.0.0 so I update the app to the 6.4.0.0 but the problem remains. I have restarted my computer, unplugged the ANT+ key : no change.
I went to my Garmin Express settings and there is a message saying that the consent is not activated but when I click on the link to update the consent preferences, there is the same error message.
There is no link on my garmin connect profile to update those consent preferences. I have checked on the forum on this topic : https://forums.garmin.com/forum/garm...xpress-6-1-1-0
I have try the proposed solution that worked at that time :
1) upgrading to 6.1.2.0
2) Installed newest version of the Garmin Connect app on my smartphone. Upon opening the app it asked me Consent to uploading.
I have downloaded the app and logged in to it but it didn't ask me to consent to uploading. I went to the privacy settings "data upload" but when I clicked on it there was "an error occured" message.
So I don't know how to fix this, any idea ?
EDIT : Just launched the windows app and it asked me to consent to share the data, so now it works...Very surprising
