Importing Garmin Training Centre sessions to Garmin Connect on a MacBook Pro

Is this possible?

If so, how do I do it?

I don't seem to be able to locate my Garmin Training Centre data on my MacBook Pro. Does anyone have an idea of what the directory will be?
