How to restart watch without locking/unlocking it?

Hi,

I have Forerunner935 and would like to restart it because of some freezing problems. How do I do that ? I read that you need to press power button for 15 seconds, but when I press power button it either locks it or unlocks it, but it never restarts it.

Can you help, please?

I found that lock/unlock was set on the Power key, so I removed that.
Still,I can't restart the watch. I kept holding power button for 15 seconds, but nothing happens.
