Garmin Run HRM

Hi I hope I am the correct thread but I have a Technogym Run and it only links to Bluetooth HRM's I would prefer to use my Garmin Run HRM does Garmin have a Bluetooth model or can one convert ANT to Bluetooth with an adaptor thank you
