Active Calories wrong

I have a strange spike in my heart rate whilst I was asleep that lasted for about an hour. I think this is giving me a couple of hundred active calories. I have a Vivoactive 3 and never seen this before. Is there any way to correct my active calories or the heart rate?

I did notice yesterday at about 6pm that my heart rate had been set at the same bpm as this spike for the rest of the day - so it had pre-populated my heart rate in to the future for some reason which also gave me extra calories - luckily it corrected itself when I sync'd later in the day.Again, I've never seen it do this before.

Any ideas?
