Garmin Connect Badges Not Being Awarded

Thank you for the ongoing discussion regarding the new badges. We have been following these discussions and are investigating why some badges have not been awarded as expected.

We have created this thread to track reports of badges not displaying in accounts. Please post here if you did not receive a badge as expected, and provide:

Badge Type
Link to the activity (Privacy set to Everyone)
Any other details (such as social media platform you shared an activity to or linked your account with)
Do we have permission to view your account data while investigating this issue through our Administrative Tools (Yes/No)?

If you have previously posted about a badge not being awarded, thank you for doing so and there is no need to post again about that specific badge. We are investigating each of those reports and will reach out with any new information individually. We request that posts in this thread be saved for NEW reports of badges not being awarded to aid us in tracking these appropriately.

Hello, Glad there are others faced with the same issues, as I too think I am missing badges.

3 day goal getter - Strangely my count reads 2/3 but for 7 days and 3 days my count reads 3/7 and 3/30
3 days increasing steps and beating goal
10 mile ride (possibly)

Hello,
I am not able to get badge for goal achieved. I tried twice - two goals created and both achieved, but no badge awarded.
Garmin has my permission to check and work with my account as needed.

Hi Garmin, i have not been awarded a few badges

Early riser before 8am
Challenge Champ
Participate in a group challenge
Gravel ride

You won't receive the 50K badge for an activity that is 57K. They distance badges have to be at or very near the distance requirement for each badge.

Can you unlock the 42.2K activity so that we can take a look at the details. If the activity was completed after the release of the new badges feature we will be able to look into this further to ensure that the issue is resolved and the badge awarded.

I think I should get stepping up 25 k and 30 k on counted steps 28 april. I got "personel world best" (free translation) and I guess this is right since my old personel best was around 27,4 k steps.

Hi,
28.4. I achieved 40k steps, but no badge received. (25k, 30k and 40k are available).

29.4. Ended challenge with my girlfriend, but I didnt receive 2pts for repeatable achivement.

Please look at this.

Since last Thursday I have not been able to earn the "Challenge Champ" badge. It seems that this is because starting on that day no one has actually won the challenges because everyone is comes in first place. I can't seem to find these challenges on the web site anymore, but since they still show on my phone I have attached screen shots instead.ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1341513.png

I completed 20K steps more then once. When I look at my "Personal Records" page it shows that I have done 20,851 on March 18th, 2018 and again I did 20,028 on the 27th of April, 2018 but still have not received this badge

I completed Intense 300 minutes on the 27th of April, 2018 with over 308 Intensity minutes but I have not received the badge

I have won two challenges against my connections but have not received the badge "Challenge Champ"
