Missing HR Data Fields

I recently purchased a Vivoactive 3. Everything has been working well, except the resting and maximum (high) HR data fields are missing on my Garmin Connect. These were present for the first 5 days (4th to 8th April), but have been missing since 9th April. All other data fields, including real time HR, are present. How do I reinstate the resting and high HR fields on Garmin Connect? Thanks.
