Local characters gone in webpage's Calendar view

What has happened? Local characters are replaced with strange symbols in Garmin Connect webpage in Calendar view.
Isn't UTF-8 not supported anymore?

Same here, à characters are replaced by question mark characters in calendar. See screenshot. Using Chrome/65.0.3325.183 ivaldi/1.96.1147.21 on Linuxciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1334902.png

Same here like this: "HRADEC KR??LOV?? J??ZDA NA KOLE". Please fix it.
