I have two activities (duplicates) that have been deleted in Garmin Connect but still appear in my Garmin Connect Activity list. If you click on them you get the error page. Activity page lets you delete them but then they reappear again straight away. Any idea how to get rid of them? I sync via my phone and they don't seem to show there. History also deleted on watch.
I have the same issue where GC & GCM both show a deleted activity. If I try to open the activity in either app I get an error. I can delete the activity in GC and it disappears but as soon as I reload the activities it appears again.
NB I have cleared the browser cache & cleared the cache & data in GCM without sucess
I'm also getting this error in the past couple of weeks. I click "delete", but the activity is still listed in the calendar and counting towards weekly + monthly totals. I've two small activities now that are stuck in some kind of limbo - I can't view them - the activity page is just an error message "Sorry we're having trouble with this page" - and I can't delete them from the activity list or the calendar "We were unable to process your request, please try again later".
I've cleared the cache, tried accessing GC from different browsers and even from different computers and the GC app, but all get the same error
I tried raising a help desk ticket about it and got the following reply: "In order to investigate this further, we will need to access your Garmin account by resetting your password, this will only be actioned once we receive your consent. Can you please confirm your consent by responding to this email?"
Which seems like a lot of faff for a couple of small errors, I didn't bother and will just have to remember to subtract those activities from the totals when I get to the end of the month but it would be good it this were fixed.
