Cardio workout: two questions

Hi.
While trying to set up a cardio workout, I stumbled over two problems:
1.) Step 'Cool down' -> there is no exercise 'cool down'- Like there is an exercise ''Warm-up' for step 'Warm up'.
2.) Some of my exercises are not present in the huge list. Or I don't know the exact name. Is there any kind of description for those exercises? Can I add my own?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
