If you sign into your Garmin Connect account on a computer, you can click on the Profile icon and then select Account Settings. You can then select Account Information to see which email address is associated with your account.
You got something wrong here. I cant sign into Garmin Connect account on a computer, because I dont know my email adress anymore. I am currently logged into a account on my cellphone app and I want to know what email adress it uses. I can find that information on my cell phone app. Where is it?
I'm having the same issue. My wife used to login via Facebook, but now seemingly can't on the website. She's already logged into the app, but I don't know the login details for the website.
You can try going to garmin.com, click the "sign-in" dropdown then select "forgot." Enter an email address, then "recover password." If you have several, then try several until you get a temporary password sent to that account. If still no luck, then your best bet is to call Garmin support so someone with access to your account information can assist you over the phone.
Alright. If the only chance it to call an expensive support hotline, I would suggest to fix that issue on the garmin app. Shouldnt be to hard to add a field on my cell phone app listing account infos.
in your Garmin Connect App open Menu, scroll down and select 'Settings'. At the end you find 'Technical Details'. Open 'App-Diagnose' and you'll find the Username in the third line the section 'GCM ~ User'
