Whenever I want to see the graphs in zoom mode, there are no details - like pace is always 0:00 min/km, HR is always 0 BPM. I've tried using Google Chrome and MS Edge with the same result. It used to work fine.
I did a forum search for "zoom mode" and found at least 3 other discussions about this problem, but this appears to be the only one to which Garmin has actively responded. With so many users running into the same issue, it would make sense to redirect all concerned parties here if that is indeed the case. As others have indicated, I would appreciate updates on an estimate of when this might be resolved, as there has been no response since Garmin Joey's post 16 days ago.
