Well, when you are building a workout session and you want to define the intensity of a step, now you can choose in which heart rate zone or power zone you want to work, also you can define personalized zones.
That's great.
But in the case of power, if you set a zone of 20-30 watt range, when you are training is quite difficult, in fact almost imposible being in that zone if you useinstant power values because power fluctuations, especially when values are higher...
It would be more usable if the data used for the graphic range you see in the screen were "power 3 seconds" (or even can choose 10 seconds if desired) and not instant power.
Of course, it would be wonderful if you can see also the medium value (of power or heart rate) of that step or lap in the workout, so you have a control of the medium intensity and can compare with the the target you needed, as it were prescribed by your coach...etc
