after using Forerunner 210, Fenix 2,3 and now 5, I bought the index scale.
I can see it transmits data through my wireless, so the problem has to be on the Garmin Connect backend side.
I will try the scale one more week. At the moment, not even 10% of all connections can synchronize.
At this state, selling the scale with this big amount of problems is a RipOf. If the week ends like it began, I will return it.
And be assured that I will always tell people not to buy this Garmin Device.
There is a really long threat in the Index subforum and Garmin just doesn’t care? These problems exist since day one.
Please clarify wich ports are in use for the sync.
And hire some of the former Withings now Bokia engineers, they really do now how to synchronize a scale. Even WITH several weight ins per day, somethibg nobody at Garmin is able to imagine it seems.
