Sleep
Former Member
I have noticed that when I get up in the morning sleep tracking on my fenix 3 is fairly accurate, but, during the course of the day, Garmin connect recalculates the sleep data to include evening tv watching and morning email checking. Is there any way to improve accuracy other than manual edits?
Sorry, i just totally newbie here.I am not having such device but i just want to ask the question. So actually if you do no make any movement, like you said (watching tv and check email), then the Garmin detect it as a "rest position" before going to sleep?
