Sending Workouts/Training Plans to device not working (Mobile and Garmin Express)

I've had this issue for the past 2 weeks now (device reset/ re-installing mobile app did not solve the issue).

Is anyone else experiencing STILL having the same issues (there was a thread on the Connect IOS-mobile sub-forum according to which this has allegedly meanwhile been fixed)?

    I've had the same issues for about the same time period. Garmin says they've fixed the issue with Connect but clearly they haven't and when I reported it to the support desk they tried to suggest it was a hardware issue. Very poor communication on this so either they really don't know what's going on and can't read these posts that this issue is definitely not fixed or they are working hard to fix it without updating us. Pretty poor either way and very frustrating. come on guys get your act together, hopefully someone from Garmin actually reads this stuff before we get fed up and buy a different brand gps
