I did the following:
entered manually an activity in Garmin Connect Web (Browser=Chrome 65, Win10) and played around a little bit.
Then deleted it.
BUT it always shows up on "Activity page connect.garmin.com/.../activities" again and again and it is undeletable.

please have a look - not a blocking issue, but annoying
