I have many courses in garmin connect and when I click the Courses link on the garmin connect web page nothing happens: no errors and the page does not change to the courses section. I'm unable to view or add courses. I've tried 3 browsers on 2 computers. Need assistance please. Out of ideas.
Posted to other threads over several months. I've been having a similar issue (intermittent for the past few months, but it mostly doesn't work). Specific to engaging the "Courses" view in GC (Chrome and MS). Everything else has been functional. Several interactions with Garmin Support have not gotten anything close to a resolution; tried all of the typical "fix" suggestions. Included a screenshot that includes some code from the Chrome "inspect" view. I have no idea what any of it means. However, it feels like there's some sort of API conflict with Google Maps. When I have been able to use, seems like Chrome is reading the site in "not secure" status (included a screenshot as well).
Your first screenshot show a warning in the right of the address bar - I believe it is 'load unsafe scripts' in the shield with a red cross in it. Try clicking that.
I should have done a better job with labeling the pics. The first one is a rare instance where I was able to access "Courses" and use its full functionality. The second one is, unfortunately, the normal state/blank screen. I tried going in to settings and unselecting "Protect you and your device from dangerous sites". To no avail.
I regularly have this issue. Doesn't matter what browser or even what platform I use. On Garmin Connect the Courses page is blank, save for the menu bar on the left. Otherwise just a white screen.
Has anyone here had success accessing their courses on a different computer or network? My home computer works just fine but my work computer does not, I just used Chrome's Inspect feature to take a look at the page per troxsile and 3/6 errors showing on the page were ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT.
I'm assuming that all of this is due to my work's network policy causing some element to not load, even though the rest of the Garmin Connect pages load fine.
