Sleep Statistics lost/not showing

SLEEP DATA INFO LOST!: I purchased a Fenix 5 two weeks ago. And the majority of the nights it is not showing the sleep data statistics at Garmin Connect (APP/web)! I noticed that it happened whenever I switch the bluetooth off during the night, or if I do not have a bluetooth connection with my IPHONE 6, and then I reconnect and synchronize.

Most probably the issue is at Connect APP.

Very frustrating because watch is not cheap and I want all the functionalities I paid for!

I created a ticket in Garmin support. But looks like ticket is answered by different support agents and they start with all the basic troubleshooting from scratch, overseeing the real issue.

Garmin! please look at it: Reference ID: 11299015K0

I created an use case that can replicate that issue:
1)Sleep with Bluetooth off
2)Wake up, after 500 steps, turn Bluetooth on and synchronize. After synchronization turn Bluetooth off.
3) After 5 hours, turn the Bluetooth on and synchronize again. After synchronization turn Bluetooth off.

Iphone 6; IOS 11.2.6
Garmin Connect 4.4.0.19
Fenix 5 with latest sw

Thanks

    Hi,

just to to let you know that the problem remains.

And it normally happens when there is a disturbance during synchronization with app.

I suspect that the data is synchronized but the app is unable to recognize. This only impacts sleep data. Once data is 'synchronized ' the app do not any longer 'asks' sleep data from the watch, so the disturbance cannot be corrected.

Is there a way to force data synchronization ?

    thanks
