Approach S60 - onNextPage/onPreviousPage behavior

In Approach S60 when you handle BehaviorDelegate -> onNextPage/onPreviousPage does the user swipe up/down or left/right to do this? In the Simulator you have to swipe left/right contrary to all other watches I tried. What is the actual behaviour on the device?
