Anybody got any pointers or ideas on this?
Garmin sent me a replacement 5x due to the HRM sensor cracks. The replacement works well and after training for a week it started displaying and sending to Garmin connect training status and load. But all previous training status and training load data disappeared - that's 6 months of data gone. I'll contact support and ask them but wanted to know if tis had happened to anyone else and if it can be recovered?
