How many types of badges are there and how many are there of each kind?

These I got:
Total steps: 5 000, 10 000, 25 000, 50 000, 75 000, 100 000, 200 000, 300 000, 400 000, 500 000, 600 000, 700 000, 800 000, 900 000, 1 Million, 1,5 Million, 2 Million (Top?).
Goals: Double Goal.
(Won) Challenges: 1:st won challenge, 2:nd won challenge, 3:rd won challenge.
(Raise) Challenge: 50 000, 55 000, 60 000, 65 000, 70 000, 75 000, 85 000.
(The challenge you're automatically put in is apparently decided by your overall total weekly average.)
Bugs/Glitches
I got a note in my caldendar about a new badge but I can't see it in my profile.
(For example, I got the "Raised Challenge 75 000" Badge last monday but I'm still in the 60 000 group.
