I moved from a FitBit Blaze and the sleep tracking is more accurate and has a more detailed breakout of my sleep during the night. I would love to see the Garmin track sleep like my old FitBit. Besides not tracking REM, Light and Deep sleep states it always thinks I am sleeping before I really am. I tend to read in bed before sleeping and it’s thinks I am sleeping. My FitBit did not have this issue. Thank you for taking a look in to this. I have a Garmin vivoactive 3
