How to remove putter from Garmin connect App? --- Help needed......

Hi All,
I recently purchased an S60 Approach and am loving it BUT the last couple of rounds after i take a shot off the tee i noticed my club order wasnt in order (on watch and app). To fix it i removed all my gear from the Garmin connect app and synced to the watch. It put my clubs back in order but when i was re adding my clubs i added two putters! Now its worse as it brings up a two clubs on my watch which are named S%. I have then tried to delete these from the actual app on a PC but it doesnt give me the option to remove the putter, just other clubs.

I hope this makes sense and was wondering if any one has any ideas on how to remove or fix this issue? I have attached a screenshot of what appears on my app (PC)
