Well, I do not know what device you use, but on most recent watch models, you can create a custom type activity and name it accordingly. In Garmin Connect, on the Activities page, it will then appear with your chosen name in the title, in the category "Other". And if you have more of different activity types of the category "Other", you can filter them out with the help of the search box.
