Duplicate Connect activities after syncing with Forerunner 935

I used my Forerunner 935 (firmware version 7.60) with an HRM-TRI heart rate monitor to record a strength training activity yesterday. When I synced my Forerunner with the Connect app on my Android smartphone the calorie count didn't match. The Forerunner showed 715 but Connect showed only 469. Thinking that it might not have picked up the heart rate data correctly I selected the "Download Heart Rate" option on the Forerunner activity history. After that it synced with Connect again, but then Connect showed two duplicate activities, one with 469 calories and another with 715 calories.   • Garmin-Joey I think this is a long standing issue - I have seen it in the past where I failed to download HR data from my Swim HR Strap and when I downloaded it later the activity then synced to Connect creating a duplicate

    I don't see this as too much of an issue as long as I am aware of the behaviour and I can see that it might be more difficult to replace an existing activity on connect with the updated one
