Garmin ANT Fails to Send

Hi

Upgraded to Garmin Express as requested by Garmin support to update Forerunner 410's.
Then couldn't sync data to Garmin Connect so removed software and reinstalled Garmin Ant.
Now cant sync data down to Garmin connect just says failed.
Think its an authentication issue, how do I force it to re authenticate.

    Garmin ANT agent is not required (and may in fact interfere) if you use Garmin Express.

    If you have your watch already paired in Garmin Express then remove it. Then add new device and - assuming the ANT stick is plugged in and pairing enabled on your watch - it should find your 410.

    Hi, so I reinstalled express and this time data has gone to Garmin Connect. however before when this happened I was then able to import into Sporttracks which I like to use. now it shows as nothing to import for today though it still on my Garmin. Any ideas
