XC Ski App

Why is a GARMIN XC ski app provided on the FR935, but I can't add it to my FR735xt from IQ Apps?

Well, because it's not an IQ app, but rather a built-in activity profile. On your watch go to "Settings", then "Activity profiles", then "Add new" and there you'll find "XC Ski".
