Notification for no HR detected for more than x minutes

An option to receive a notification either on the Garmin or from the Garmin Connect app (if technically possible - not sure) whenever the device is lying around without being worn (no HR) for longer than x minutes (let's say after getting out of the shower and leaving back your device).
