hi
garmin express (mac os x or windows - latest downloadable version - 2018-01-25) does not recognise my fenix 5 using my original usb cable.
i have no trouble uploading latest beta firmware files to the fenix 5 via usb cable (usb drive mode).
i have no trouble syncing the watch with my phone (ios, garmin express mobile latest version).
only trouble is - with computer garmin express. i did remove local preference files - to reset the software. no success.
i switched fenix 5 to let me select between usb and garmin mode - no difference - fenix 5 is not recognised by garmin express.
any suggestion ?
