My FTP won't update in the app.

My Fenix5 wanted to update my FTP, and so it did. Also powerzones in GC. But when you go to report FTP/kg, it don't update and hang on to an old number.

Can't update manually either.

I seem to have the same problem. I have updated my ftp in powerzone settings and in exercise screen the ftp has updated. But in reports and in app ftp graph the FTP seems to be the old value. The old value…

Same for me with a Forerunner 935.
Watch and Powerzones have been updated but the reports in Garmin Connect and on the mobile app still show the old numbers...

Same issue for me, really frustrating. Seems to be correct on devices but wrong on all reports.

same problem after two trainings with power meter synced to my edge 830. easily reached a 275w on 20', but the app gives me a 200w ftp.

anyone managed to "solve" the problem, or maybe it will automatically update in few rides (which i don't even hope, since vo2max is updated ride by ride...)?

I have the same problem. I have updated my FTP on a Forerunner 735 and Edge 520 but it never changes in Garmin Connect so reports are wrong. I've had the issue with the 735 for over 2 years. I contacted Garmin support directly and they very unhelpfully sent me links to the manual. A search on here shows people with this issue for up to 6 years. Does anyone from Garmin read or act on these posts?
