Hi everyone,
I've had two Multisport activities that don't seem to want to upload to Garmin Connect. I've contacted Garmin support, but they are super slow to respond and after sending them the file and several screenshots, they are unfortunately not proving to be very helpful.
The funny thing is that the first activity actually synched to Strava, but did not show up on Garmin Connect.
I eventually uploaded the fit file to Connect manually, but the activity seems corrupt. It shows multisport but when I try to view the details of the individual activities I get a Page not found.
The second activity just won't upload at all and even Strava is complaining.
I would be very grateful if someone could assist me in repairing these files so I can upload them to Connect.
