The current implementation of Custom workouts is insufficient. I like to perform some workouts that are a mix of repetitions and duration. For example, do 20 pushups, jump rope 60 seconds, rest 10 seconds, do 20 situps, etc etc. When selecting duration you do not provide the option of 'reps'. Add it, please. This is a 2 second coding change and whatever your testing and release overhead is. It can easily be added into a larger build.
Another thing that I find lacking in the custom workouts is there is no way to specify the exercise name. The hierarchy should be exercise type->exercise name->duration...
As examples: Warm-up->hamstring stretch->20 secs Exercise->pushup-> 20 reps
Ideally, the exercise name would just be a free-form text box.
