Wrong IF value

I recently bought Edge 1030 and have uploaded 2 workouts from it to Garmin Connect. The IF value seems to be way off:

and because IF is wrong, TSS also is affected.

Edge 1030 has SW ver 3.70.0.0. but I'm not sure if this is Garmin Connect or Edge problem.
I remember that the default setting for FTP in Edge 1030 was 200, but I have changed it as seen in the attached picture.

How can I get the IF value right?

(Seems that picture is not always visible so here's the values:
AVG Power: 242W
Normalized Power: 292W
IF: 1,461
TSS: 290,7
FTP Setting: 310W)

Update: IF value correct after uploading 3rd activity to GC. Strange that it did take 3 uploads as I have had my FTP setting in GC for years and 1030 did sync before 1st workout. I would have thought that IF should have been correct immediately after 1030 syncing w/ GC.
