Loss of Running Dynamics in Garmin connect

Since 9th December 2017, Garmin Connect is no longer showing my stride length, Vertical Oscillation or Ground contact time graphs. Run Cadence is the only thing that's displayed.

Any ideas as to why this maybe occurring and how i can get those metrics back?

Thanks
  • Run cadence data can come from the watch's accelerometer, whereas vertical oscillation and ground contact time cannot. If you have been wearing a Garmin HRM-Run, HRM4-Run or HRM-Tri strap every time you recorded a run, then (it sounds to me that) either your fenix?5 has not been connecting to the strap even though the latter may be broadcasting over ANT+, or somehow your watch no longer recognises the connected external HR monitor as one that supports Running Dynamics.
  • I did change my HRM around that time... but it is for a new Garmin HRM-run and I've reconnected and it's recording HR.... I'll check what you suggest - many thanks.
