Importing tcx files without Extensions/LX (e.g. from the sufferfest)

Hi

When I'm using the sufferfest and let it upload it's activities the average speed and distance gets all messed up. I've experimented a bit, and it seems to be caused by the sufferfest not including the Extenions/LX/AvgSpeed for each Lap. If I manually edit the file and add this, the import works. Seems like some calculation in the importer is relying on this field to be there, since even the distance gets messed up without it.
I'm including a screenshot comparing the original activity and my import of the edited file. I tried to attach the two .tcx files, but it doesn't seem to be allowed.

It would be nice if the importer didn't rely on these extensions being present...

(Just in case anyone else runs into this - it is fixed on the Sufferfest end of things as of version 5.2.1 of their app. So just update your Sufferfest app and it will start to work)
