Garmin Connect not working.

Garmin Connect is not working on any platform even though the status site is all green. Is this a normal occurrence?

Tried originally on my Android app for my Fenix 5x. That didn't work so I checked the web app. That didn't work so I asked my SO who wears a Vivoactive 3 and it doesn't work for her on IOS either. We haven't had the trackers for long but not being able to see anything or change anything via the app is a bit annoying. I opened a support ticket in case this is just us for some reason.

    My Garmin 935 is not consistently connecting to the app either. I've followed the instructions around connecting and haven't had a problem with this in over a year. I can only think it's a network issue or some such? Has anyone else been having problems lately? I'm based in Sydney, Australia.
